NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Galiform Plc will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting at 4 pm on 31
October 2007 at the Lincoln Centre, 18 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3ED
to put forward a resolution to establish a new long term incentive arrangement.
A document containing details of the new arrangement and notice of the EGM is
being sent to shareholders today and is available on the Company's website at
www.galiform.com. Two copies of the document will be submitted to the
Financial Services Authority (the 'FSA') and will be available for inspection
at the FSA's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
