Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

GRANTS UNDER HOWDEN JOINERY GROUP PLC CO-INVESTMENT PLAN

The Company has today been notified that on 5 April 2011 the Trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust made the following awards of shares to certain PDMRs under the Company's Co-Investment Plan to match investment shares they hold.
