Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company has today been notified that the following PDMRs today acquired, through the London Stock Exchange, the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence listed against their name at a price of £1.3076 pence per share under the Company's deferred bonus arrangements, as shown in the first column.

In addition, the Company was also notified that yesterday shares deferred under a similar arrangement in the previous three years were also released to them.  The amounts released are detailed below in the second, third and fourth columns.
