Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company has been notified that yesterday Andy Witts (a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company) sold 188,446 shares at a price of 461.9 pence per share.

Following the sale, the total holding of Andy Witts is 926,426 shares (0.14% of the Company's share capital). The holdings are beneficial holdings of those named.
