In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FSA,  the Company announces that Mrs Jackie Youell, wife of Chris Youell (a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person disclosing managerial responsibility within the Company), yesterday purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 37.81p per share.
