Appointment of Non-Executive Director
MFI Furniture Group Plc, the UK's leading retailer and manufacturer of
kitchens and bedrooms, announces that it has appointed Lesley Knox as a non-
executive director.
Lesley Knox, 47, is a founder director of British Linen Advisers, a
specialist corporate finance adviser focussing on growth companies.
Previously, she was Head of Institutional Asset Management and then Group
Director at Kleinwort Benson. She joined the Corporate Finance Division of
Kleinwort Benson in 1981 and has advised many domestic and international
clients on strategic issues.
Lesley is non-executive director of a number of companies, including Bank
of Scotland, Dawson International and Cedar Group.
Commenting on the appointment, Ian Peacock, Chairman of MFI, said:

clear path for growth and Lesley's strong strategic and financial
credentials will provide valuable support and further strengthen the board.
