Transaction by a PDMR

The Company was notified yesterday that on 26 November 2012 Matthew Ingle, Chief Executive, bought 14,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 164.8p per share.  Mr Ingle intends to transfer the same number of shares for nil consideration to his adult children shortly.

Mr Ingle holds 3,299,280 shares (0.514% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company).
