Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), Mr W K L Fung, a non-executive Director of HSBC Holdings plc, has been appointed an independent non-executive director of Singapore Airlines Limited and of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited.

Mr W K L Fung is also a non-executive director of Trinity Limited, which was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 3 November 2009.
