ISSUANCE OF SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES

 

HSBC Holdings plc has today issued US$1,500,000,000 0.732% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2024 (the '2024 Notes') and US$2,000,000,000 2.206% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2029 (the '2029 Notes' and, together with the 2024 Notes, the 'Notes') pursuant to an indenture dated 26 August 2009 (as amended or supplemented from time to time and as most recently amended and supplemented by a twenty-second supplemental indenture dated 17 August 2021).

 

Application will be made to list the Notes on the New York Stock Exchange.
