ISSUANCE OF SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES
HSBC Holdings plc has today issued US$2,000,000,000 4.762% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Subordinated Unsecured Notes due 2033 (the 'Notes') pursuant to an indenture dated 12 March 2014 (as amended or supplemented from time to time and as most recently amended and supplemented by a fourth supplemental indenture dated 29 March 2022).
Application will be made to list the Notes on the New York Stock Exchange.
