HSBC Holdings plc has received from BlackRock Inc. a Corporate Substantial Shareholder Notice pursuant to s.324 of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) ("The Notice"). The Notice replaces a previous notice published on 24 February 2012 (RNS number 1097Y at 4.15pm).
