Disclosure of Home State

Following changes made to the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules ("DTR") as a result of the Transparency Directive Amending Directive, the Company is required to disclose its Home State. Accordingly, for the purposes of DTR 6.4.2 R, the Company announces that its Home State for both HSS Hire Group plc and HSS Financing plc is the United Kingdom.
