Hunting PLC

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of, and to
the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of, 641 Ordinary Shares of 25p each
fully paid (the 'Shares') to the Official List, for issue on conversion of 1,887
8.25% cumulative convertible preference shares.

The Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Copies of the announcement will be available for 14 days at the registered
office of Hunting PLC at 3 Cockspur Street, London SW1Y 5BQ.
