Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of
and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission to the Official List of
850,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the
existing Ordinary Shares. 150,000 of the shares will be blocklisted under the
Hunting 2001 Approved Executive Share Option Plan and the remaining 700,000
shares will be blocklisted under the Hunting 2001 Unapproved Executive Share
Option Plan.
