Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Hunting PLC (LSE:HTG), the international energy services group today announces the appointment of Andrew J. Szescila as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Andrew Szescila, a US citizen, is a former executive of Baker Hughes Inc. where he held a number of senior roles including that of Chief Operating Officer between 2000 and 2003.
He will join the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees.
Mr Szescila is currently a non-executive Director of Frontera Resources Corporation, the AIM listed exploration and production company and between 2009 and 2010 was a Director of Nova Drill, a US based drilling technology company.
On 30 September 2011, George Helland will retire from the Company after 10 years of service to Hunting. Following Mr Helland's retirement from the Board, Mr Szescila will become the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
