The Company was informed today that Paula Harris has purchased 3,300 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 303.61 pence per share.  The purchase took place on 29 November 2024.

Following this transaction Paula Harris's beneficial holding is 3,300 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.002% of the Company's share capital.
