Hunting PLC (LSE:HTG) announces that all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.

A "Vote Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of proportion of votes "For" or "Against" a resolution.
The total number of shares in issue as at 19 April 2010 was 132,216,351.
The total number of proxy votes cast, including 'Votes Withheld', was 98,199,118.
% of proxies cast was 74.3%.
Under Listing Rule 12.4.5, and following the passing of Resolution 9, the Company now has the authority to make market purchases of up to 14.99% of its issued ordinary share capital.
The Company confirms that in accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.2 and 9.6.3, two copies of the resolutions relating to the special business at the Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection in the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, at:
