Hunting PLC (LSE:HTG) announces that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.
Details of the proxy voting instructions, lodged at 10.30a.m. on 18 April 2011, being 48 hours prior to the meeting, are set out below:

A "Vote Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of proportion of votes "For" or "Against" a resolution.
The total number of shares in issue as at 18 April 2011 was 133,068,939.
The total number of proxy votes cast, including 'Votes Withheld', was 107,018,029; % of proxies cast was 80.42%.
Under Listing Rule 12.4.5, and following the passing of Special Resolution 14, the Company now has the authority to make market purchases of up to 14.99% of its issued ordinary share capital.
Copies of these resolutions will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
