London, 28 February 2008: Chi-Med announces that due to the change in the
address system in the Cayman Islands and the adoption of a new postal code as
mandated by the Cayman government, the registered office address of Chi-Med in
the Cayman Islands is changed to P.O. Box 309, Ugland House, Grand Cayman,
KY1-1104, Cayman Islands.  The physical location of the registered office
remains unchanged.
