Overseas Regulatory Announcement: Filing of Form F-3

Hong Kong, Shanghai & Florham Park, NJ: Friday, June 28, 2024: HUTCHMED (China) Limited ("HUTCHMED") (Nasdaq/AIM:HCM; HKEX:13) today filed the Form F-3 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  This filing follows the expiration of the previous Form F-3 Registration Statement filed in 2020.
