Venn Life Sciences (AIM: VENN), a growing Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) providing a suite of consulting and clinical trial services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 ("2015 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM is to be held at 11am on 30 June 2016 at Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1 V9EE.
