Notice of Capital Markets Day

HydrogenOne Capital Growth plc ("HydrogenOne" or the "Company"), the first London-listed fund investing in clean hydrogen for a positive environmental impact, is pleased to announce that it will hold its Capital Markets Day on Thursday 10 November between 10.00am GMT and 1.00pm GMT (for in-person participants, registration will open at 9.00am GMT and the event will end at 2:00pm GMT).

This is an in-person event for analysts and institutional investors. For those unable to join in person, there will be an option to attend virtually. Virtual participants will also be able to participate in the Q&A sessions. Recordings of the presentations and the corresponding slides will be available on the Company's website after the event.

The objective of the event is to provide analysts and institutional investors with a detailed understanding of HydrogenOne's private portfolio, drivers for the Company's long-term growth and sustainability efforts. CEOs and senior managers from HydrogenOne's private portfolio will give a short presentation on their respective businesses before participating in a panel Q&A.
