1. Record Date for Dividend

Hyundai Motor Company has amended Article 37 (Payment of Dividends) of the Company's Articles of
Incorporation in order to enhance predictability of dividend for shareholders at 55^th Ordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders on March 23, 2023 and record date for dividend has changed as below.

(Before Amendment) The last day of each period for the settlement of accounts

(After Amendment) The date set by resolution of the Board of Directors

2. Other information regarding Record Date for Dividend

Please note that dividends will not be paid unless the person is a shareholder on the record date which will be resolved and announced later, regardless of whether the person is a shareholder on the last day of this year

(December 31).

3. Decision Date : December 15, 2023

4. Other matters to be factored into investment decisions

Dividend rate, record date for dividend and other details will be determined by Board of Directors and at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

According to the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, record date for shareholders to be entitled

to exercise rights at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is December 31, 2023.
