ITE Group plc ('ITE' or 'the Company')


Completion of purchase of 50 per cent. interest in Istanbul Fuarcilik A.S.
('IFAS')

ITE has completed the acquisition of 50 per cent. of IFAS.  The consideration
paid has been satisfied by the issue of 18 million new ordinary shares in ITE
and US$ 6,066,380 by way of cash.
