RE: Additional Listing

ITE Group PLC ('ITE' or 'The Company') announces that it has applied to the UK
Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for listing of 7,851,674
ordinary shares in ITE, being those shares issued to shareholders who elected to
receive shares instead of cash in respect of the interim dividend of 1.45p per
ordinary share for the year ending 30 September 2002.

It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective and dealings
commence on 19 July 2002.
