Additional Listing

ITE announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for listing of 31,914 ordinary shares in ITE, issued to Iain
Paterson (Non Executive Chairman) as part of his remuneration package.

It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective and dealings
commence on 17 January 2003.
