ITE announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for listing of 13,758 ordinary shares issued to Iain Paterson
(Non Executive Chairman) on 23 May 2006 at a price of 128.65p per share as part
of his remuneration package. Following this issue Mr Paterson's total holding in
the Company amounts to 257,058 shares representing 0.1% of the Company's issued
share capital.


It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective and dealings
commence on 6 June 2006.
