Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

ITE Group plc (the 'Company') today announces its Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 September 2017 and the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.ite-exhibitions.com.

A copy of the Annual Report, the Notice of Meeting and the Proxy Form have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do and printed copies will be posted to shareholders on Wednesday 20 December 2017.

ITE Group plc's Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 30 September 2017 will be held on Thursday 25 January 2018 at 12pm at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF.
