BOARD CHANGES
ITE Group plc ('ITE'), the international exhibitions specialist, today announces
that Sir Hugh Bidwell, 68, has retired from the Board of Directors with effect
from today, Friday 19 September. Sir Hugh has served on the board of ITE Group
plc since 1998, and prior to that was a member of the board of the company
before it became public.
ITE will be announcing the appointment of a new independent director in due
course.
Commenting on the announcement, Iain Paterson, Chairman, said:
'I, together with the rest of the Board, would like to take this opportunity to
thank Hugh for the enormous contribution he has made to ITE over the years. We
wish him all the very best for the future.'
