ITE Group appoints a new Non-Executive Director

ITE Group plc announces that Linda Jensen will join the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from today.

Linda has held a number of senior positions in media businesses in Russia and the CIS and has extensive knowledge of the digital arena and of launching businesses into emerging markets.

She is currently Chief Executive of HBO Central Europe based in Budapest with responsibility for a pay for movie channel operation in 13 Central European territories, a position she has held since 2005. Prior to joining HBO, she was President of MTV in Russia from 2000-2005.

Commenting on the appointment, ITE Group Chairman, Iain Paterson, said, 'I am delighted to welcome Linda Jensen to our Board.  She has significant experience of doing business in emerging markets and will further strengthen our Board.'
