NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that ITE Group plc ('the Company') was notified on 17 December 2010, in order to satisfy Disclosure Rule 3.1.2, that Edward Strachan, an executive director of the Company, sold on 17 December 2010 at the price of £2.25p per ordinary share, 3,000,000 ordinary shares held by him through Kyzyl Tan Consultants, of which he is the majority shareholder.

Following the sale Mr Strachan will continue to hold 2,675,233 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.07% of the Company's share capital.
