ITE Group Plc ('ITE' or the 'Company')
By mutual agreement, Barbara Hanlon has resigned from the Board of ITE.
Barbara Hanlon will remain employed by the Company until 31 December 1999 in
order to achieve a smooth transition.
Greg Ward has commenced as Business Development Director with effect from 1
October 1999. Greg Ward joins ITE from Reed Exhibitions plc where he worked
for four years as part of the acquisitions team. This experience will add
value to the Company in continuing its growth in Europe and emerging markets.
Lawrie Lewis said 'It is always disappointing to lose one of the Company's
founders and the Board appreciates Barbara Hanlon's contribution to the
organic growth of ITE. She has helped create the firm foundations and strong
management team which is the base for ITE's expansion into new geographical
areas. I am also delighted that Greg Ward has joined us and his experience
from Reed I believe will complement our growth strategy'.
