BOARD CHANGES
As previously announced, coinciding with today's A.G.M.
Sir Hugh Bidwell has stepped down from Executive Deputy
Chairman to Non-executive Deputy Chairman and Mr Ian
Martin has resigned as a Non-executive Director.
