ITE GROUP PLC ANNOUNCES RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION AND BOARD CHANGE
ITE Group Plc ('ITE'), the international exhibitions specialist, has agreed
terms to sell its 50% interest in its Czech and Slovakian based businesses back
to its associate, Incheba a.s.
As a result, and in agreement with ITE, Alexander Rozin, the executive director
for the Czech and Slovakian businesses has resigned from the ITE Board with
effect from Friday 7 November 2003.
As the transaction falls within Rule 11.8 of the Listing Rules further details
will be disclosed within the Company's published report and accounts for the
year ended 30 September 2003.
