ITE Group plc, the international exhibitions group specialising in emerging and
developing markets, announced today that Ceyda Erem has resigned as a main Board
Director of ITE Group plc.

Ceyda has tendered her resignation for personal reasons in order to devote more
time to her social projects in Turkey. Ceyda will continue in her role as
Managing Director of ITE's 50% owned Turkish associate, Istanbul Trade Fairs
(ITF).

Ian Tomkins, ITE Group plc's Chief Executive Officer said, 'Ceyda Erem joined
the main Board of ITE Group plc in December 1999, when ITE Group made its
initial investment in ITF. Ceyda has been key to the management of ITE's
business interests in Turkey and I am pleased that we will continue to work
together as we develop the Istanbul Trade Fair business.'
