RE DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Further to the announcement of 18 June 2007, ITE Group plc, the international
exhibitions group specialising in emerging and developing markets announces that
Bill Dye has today been appointed to the Board and has assumed the
responsibilities of Chief Executive.
Ian Tomkins has today stepped down from the Board prior to his return to
Australia. Ian's contribution to the Board has been immense and during his five
year tenure as Chief Executive he has masterminded a period of outstanding
growth and stability for the Group.
Commenting Iain Paterson, Chairman of ITE, said:
'We are delighted that Bill joins us today as Chief Executive of ITE and look
forward to the next stage of the Group's development. The Board would like to
thank Ian for his exceptional contribution to the growth of ITE and wish him
well for the future.'
