BOARD CHANGE
ITE Group plc announces that Mr Greg Ward, Business
Development and Commercial Director has resigned from the
Board with immediate effect.
Lawrie Lewis, Chairman, commented : 'I would like to take
this opportunity to thank Greg for all his hard work and
dedication and wish him well in his future career.'
