                                 BOARD CHANGE


ITE Group plc, the international exhibitions specialist, announces that Mr
Lawrie Lewis, non-executive Chairman, has today stepped down from the Board of
the Company.  ITE thanks Mr Lewis for his long and valuable contribution to
the Company.

Lawrie Lewis said: 'Given my primary residence in Monaco, it was becoming more
and more difficult for me to discharge my role as Chairman of the Company.
With the recent appointment of Stephen Warshaw as Chief Executive, I felt now
was the right time to step down and hand over to the new management team.'
