Non-Executive Directorate Change
ITE Group plc ('ITE'), the international exhibitions group specialising in
emerging and developing markets, announced today that Christopher Russell, a
non-executive Director of ITE and a representative of Veronis Suhler Stevenson
on the ITE Board, has tendered his resignation as a director of ITE with
immediate effect. Mr Russell's resignation follows the reduction in Veronis
Suhler Stevenson's shareholding after ITE's recent share buy back.
The Board of ITE now comprises four non-executive directors and four executive
directors. Veronis Suhler Stevenson continues to retain one representative on
the Board.
Iain Paterson, ITE's Chairman, said: 'Chris has been a valuable member of the
Board since Veronis Suhler Stevenson's investment in ITE in November 2000. We
have all enjoyed working with Chris and we wish him the very best for the
future.'
