              Share Disposals and Purchases


ITE announces that Investec Henderson Crosthwaite, a
division of Investec Bank (UK) Limited, has placed on
behalf of Miller Freeman Worldwide Plc  8,317,763 shares
representing 4.29% of ITE's existing issued share capital
to a number of instititutional investors and individuals
at 70p per share.

As part of this placing Alexander Rozin, an executive
director of ITE with responsibility for ITE's interests
in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, has purchased 2
million shares at a price of 70p per share.

Lawrie Lewis, ITE's Chairman said:

'Following the recent announcement of the proposed
investment by Veronis Suhler, I am delighted that the
shareholding of Miller Freeman has been placed and that
Alexander Rozin has demonstrated his commitment and
confidence in ITE by purchasing such a significant
shareholding.'
