On 15 June 2007 ITE acquired 300,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each at a
price of 177.366p per share. These shares will be held in Treasury.

Following the purchase, ITE holds 1,265,000 of its ordinary shares in Treasury
and has a total of 257,351,641 ordinary shares (excluding shares held in
Treasury) in issue.
