Director / PDMR shareholding

i(x) Net Zero PLC (AIM: IX.), the investing company which focuses on Energy Transition and Sustainability in the Built Environment, was notified on 28 February 2022, that on the same day, Steve Oyer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 77 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Steve Oyer is interested in 1,776,292 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
