i(x) Net Zero PLC (AIM: IX.), the investing company which focuses on Energy Transition and Sustainability in the Built Environment, has been informed that on 2 July 2024 Par Lindstrom, CEO, and Jonathan Stearns, CFO, each purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 9.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following these purchases, Par Lindstrom has a total beneficial interest in 11,403,223 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.04% of the Company's shares in issue, and Jonathan Stearns has a total beneficial interest in 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.26% of the Company's shares in issue.
