Annual Report and Accounts 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022
Further to the release of the Company's preliminary results announcement on 9 March 2022 Ibstock is pleased to announce that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 (Annual Report), together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (Notice) on its website at www.ibstockplc.co.uk/investor-relations .
The AGM will be held at 11:00am on Thursday 21 April 2022 at the offices of Ibstock plc, 54 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8HN.
Hard copy versions of the Annual Report and the Notice will today be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 of the UK Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA'), the aforementioned documents will be submitted to the FCA's Electronic Submission System and will be available from the National Storage Mechanism https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
