APPOINTMENT OF GERHARD FUSENIG AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

ICG Enterprise announces the appointment of Gerhard Fusenig as a non-executive director with effect from 2 September 2019.

Over the last 25 years, Gerhard has held a number of senior management roles including the position of co-COO of Asset Management and CEO of Core Investments at Credit Suisse, as well as Global Head of Fund Services at UBS. As an independent, non-executive director Gerhard is a board member of Credit Suisse Insurance Linked Strategies Ltd and of SolvencyAnalytics AG. Former directorships include Standard Life Aberdeen PLC and Aberdeen Asset Management PLC.

There is no information to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R in respect of Gerhard’s appointment. As at the date of this announcement, Gerhard does not have any beneficial interests in the ordinary shares of the Company.
