Admission to Trading and PDMR Shareholdings

Further to its announcement on 31 January 2013, ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited (the "Company") announces that its ordinary share capital of 104,619,250 shares will today be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker "LBOW" with an ISIN of GG00B8C23S81.

Shares will be credited to CREST accounts and despatch of definitive share certificates (where applicable) is expected on or around the week commencing 11 February 2013.

On Admission, the beneficial interests of Directors in the issued share capital of the Company will be as follows:
