The Company is pleased to announce that at the tenth AGM held at 12.00 p.m. today, 20 June 2023 each of the Resolutions were duly passed without amendment. All resolutions passed were "ordinary" resolutions of the AGM.
In compliance with LR 9.6.2, a summary of the results has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website as noted below.
