                               Additional Listing


Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,230,769
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to
trading on AIM. The Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of
share options by a former employee under the IDOX Enterprise Management
Incentive Share Option Scheme. The Ordinary Shares are issued at the following
prices:

            1,230,769                                              8.125p





Admission of these Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 2 January
2008.



Following this issue the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be
343,158,336.
