                       Correction: Director Shareholding



The Company was notified on 30 October 2007 that Peter Lilley's previous
disclosure of dealings in ordinary shares in IDOX and announcement on 24 October
2007 was incorrect. This announcement replaces the 24 October 2007 announcement.

The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification form Peter Lilley,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 23 October 2007 that he bought 170,000
ordinary shares in IDOX at 11.5 pence.

Following this purchase Peter Lilley is interested, in personal capacity, in a
total of 533,000 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.15% of the current
issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 341,927,567 ordinary shares of 1
pence per share.
