Director Shareholding

The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification today from Martin Brooks, Chairman of IDOX, that he purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in IDOX at 10.125 pence per share on 10 March 2010.  The purchase was made through a Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP").

Following the transaction Martin Brooks has the following interest in the share capital of the Company:
